the ProRealty team, Adrian Raison as Senior Commercial Property Consultant.
Adrian joins ProRealty with over 30 years’
experience in the commercial property industry. During his career, he has
worked for International Companies as well as several smaller commercial
agencies. His extensive hands-on experience in property management, commercial
sales,leasing and business sales, has enabled Adrian to develop a very broad
and detailed knowledge of commercial property management as well as an extensive
property focused network. This knowledge and skill is spread across multi-level
buildings, CBD, suburban and country retail including shopping centres, sheds
and warehouses.
Adrian is keenly aware that a collaborative
approach and communication with owners, tenants and contractors remains a key
to successful outcomes and stability in this fast moving and challenging
business environment. Today the emphasis is protecting and improving all assets
and maximising returns whilst mindful of tenant retention.
Adrian has a current sales and property management
licence and has twice been a finalist in the REISA Property manager of the year
awards.
Adrian is passionate about the commercial property
sector and excited to add his knowledge and skill to this focused team ensuring
all clients receive the best possible service.
