About the role
On the back of recent growth within the business, we are looking for a property manager to join our team and support a growing portfolio.
The successful applicant will work semi-autonomously with guidance and mentorship from experienced Commercial Property professionals.
In this role, you will be given the opportunity to manage a diverse profile comprising office, retail & leasehold portfolios.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients & tenants alike.
- Prepare & manage property budgets.
- Maintenance & Facilities management.
- Rent reviews & Lease negotiations.
- Business development and acquisition of new clients
- Property Inspections
- Liaising with and reporting to clients.
- Fostering long standing relationships with a strong focus on customer service.

Skills and experience
- At least 2-3 years Commercial property management experience essential.
- Proven negotiation skills with a sound understanding of relevant legislation & market trends.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Ability to juggle workloads and prioritise tasks.
- Real Estate Licence with property management endorsement is essential.
